Andrew Robinson is the Founder & Principal of Slingshot Real Estate — a Rochester-based investor and operator building the infrastructure for the city's next wave of growth. In less than a year, he grew Slingshot from a single vision into a real estate company operating three buildings, hosting 100+ businesses, and running Rochester's largest private office ecosystem.
Andrew began his career at Three Sixty Real Estate, where he developed a foundation in community-focused development and resident-first property management. He later joined CBRE, where he oversaw more than $180 million in assets across multifamily, office, industrial, and life sciences — working with clients ranging from boutique operators to institutional investors including Goldman Sachs, across multiple geographies.
In 2024, Andrew returned to the Midwest to launch Slingshot with a clear mission: create a smarter, more responsive real estate company rooted in what Rochester actually needs. His approach spans the full gamut — from website development and marketing to strategic planning, acquisitions, property management, and leasing — all powered by best-in-class technology and systems designed to keep overhead low and service exceptional.
Beyond the properties, Andrew is a committed supporter of Rochester's local ecosystem — backing the farmers market, local hospitality businesses, and the small business community that makes the city thrive. Keith Geisel is a commercial real estate veteran with more than 40 years of experience in the industry. Over the course of his career, Keith has overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions and has strategically advised multi-billion dollar clients across a wide range of asset classes and market cycles.
Keith spent a significant portion of his career at CBRE, where he led the Salt Lake City division and built it into a market leader. His deep understanding of deal structures, market dynamics, and long-term asset positioning gives Slingshot a grounded, battle-tested perspective that complements Andrew's operational instincts.
