Slingshot acquired the campus at 100% occupancy during due diligence, prior to closing — a reflection of disciplined underwriting and the strength of the asset.
Under owner-operated management, Slingshot has expanded services and improved the tenant experience, deepening relationships across a broad base of local member businesses. Together with The Hub on 3rd, the campus operates under the Hub Network brand.
Investment thesis
Owning a second office location lets us serve members across the city and move tenants within the portfolio as they grow — improving retention and smoothing occupancy across the platform.
